a-Si / µc-Si tandem thin film solar cells

Hydrogenated microcrystalline Si shows a highly efficient performance by combining an a-Si top cells (1.7eV) with a μc-Si bottom cell (1.0eV) to form a tandem structure, and achieving 13.1% efficiency.
